I think what makes a good leader is somebody who doesn’t care only about himself/herself but cares about others. To lead people to the best of their ability. Doesn’t have to be perfect and is willing to admit to making mistakes when mistakes do happen. It’s not good to be a puppet or pushover but it’s not good to abuse power either with having too much power when leading. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
