We have evidence that Roblox is unfairly sanctioning Club Angel Girl Brianna with a non-compliance age rating sanction forcing that experience to have an age 13+ restriction while other clubs and nightclub experiences such as Brookhaven RP, LiveTopia RP, and Life Together all have minimal age ratings to ages 5 on up. They all have social hangouts, and yet Roblox specifically wanted to target Club Angel Girl Brianna while not targeting competing platforms. Roblox is clearly out to get us, they are out to get Angel Girl Brianna by doing these petty stunts. We have the evidence favorable to this argument and claim.
The accusation was that Club Angel Girl Brianna was a social hangout after somebody from Roblox visited that experience after, yet another false report was filed against Angel Girl Brianna brand. See the past posts about this, the hacker attack against our brand, and the false sexual content accusations over a leaf bikini outfit. They have a ton of bikinis on Roblox, tons of classic clothing bikini outfits, and we were accused of sexual content over leaf bikini outfits which goes back to the biblical story of Adam and Eve wearing leaves. It’s just more and more nonsense accusations from Roblox moderation.
Somebody came into Club Angel Girl Brianna within the last 24 hours since January 2, 2026, 7:29:31 AM. Somebody came in to report Club Angel Girl Brianna, and it is likely another false sexual content complaint as we been dealing with them multiple times over bikini leaf outfits. We keep getting false sexual content complaints over wearing bathing suits. It makes no sense when they allow people to buy bikinis and bathing suits. It’s nonsense what Roblox is accusing us of over and over again.

Club Angel Girl Brianna has no bars and no representation of alcoholic beverages, while bars were found at Brookhaven RP, Live Topia, and Life Together at all of those experiences which have nightclubs.
We have evidence by going undercover (lol) to Brookhaven RP, LiveTopia RP, and Life Together which are all Roblox experiences. All three of those places have minimal age ratings of 5 years of age on up. Yet they all have bars and looks about the same as Club Angel Girl Brianna; except our club doesn’t have any bars with representations of alcoholic beverages.

Let’s look at the evidence shall we. All three roleplay Roblox experiences, the top Roblox experiences on the entire platform have the lowest age rating and no age restrictions unlike what was placed on Club Angel Girl Brianna, and all three experiences have social hangouts and bars with drinks. More adult themed than what they are accusing our club of being over being what they dubbed as a “social hangout”. The pictures tell a thousand words here and prove our case against Roblox. They force us to have a higher age rating than our competitors. Roblox is siding with Brookhaven, LiveTopia, and LifeTogether over my Roblox experience and harass us for what the other top Roblox experiences have for years.
BROOKHAVEN RP:
They have a minimal age rating and yet have a nightclub with a bar. Club Angel Girl Brianna doesn’t even have a bar but vending machines. It is clear that Brookhaven RP is a social hangout. It is time to file a complaint against Brookhaven on Roblox demanding they do the same treatment to Brookhaven RP that they did to Club Angel Girl Brianna.
Now let’s look at the evidence I obtained from LiveTopia RP.
LIVETOPIA RP:
This LiveTopia RP night club has a bar too, looks more like a bar and a social hangout, yet Roblox doesn’t slap them with a non-compliance sanction. They have a minimal age rating.
Now let’s look at the last top roleplaying Roblox Experience with a nightclub and a bar.
LIFE TOGETHER RP:
See the “Drinks + Chill”. That is technically a bar too.
This also is a social hangout place and yet has the age minimal rating. That means all three top Roblox Experiences do not meet the appropriate age rating for having a “social hangout” and even bars which Club Angel Girl Brianna does not have an alcoholic style beverage bar.
Roblox is going to have to make this make sense here. They either need to file non-compliance sanctions on Brookhaven, LiveTopia, LifeTogether, and many other Roblox experiences like Club Angel Girl Brianna or they need to apologize to Angel Girl Brianna for yet another false accusation. They need to apply the rules enforcement equally or this is what we been suspecting for a long time. Roblox is targeting Angel Girl Brianna and wants to find every excuse or reason to shut down our brand and end Angel Girl Brianna on Roblox. Roblox is targeting Angel Girl Brianna by accepting false reports and false complaints against our brand.

Luckily, I operate an independent blog on WordPress called Angel Girl Brianna at AngelGirlBrianna.com. I am operating similar to Kreekcraft and other YouTube content creator Roblox players. I am able to post the truth and hope that Roblox will correct this issue as I am concerned about a plot or conspiracy to remove Angel Girl Brianna brand entirely off the platform by somebody or a group conducting the usage of false reports including false sexual content complaints over bikini items when Roblox has thousands upon thousands of bikini outfits in their marketplace, all approved by moderation for years.

I have the evidence, it is posted. My Roblox experience was singled out for being what the moderator notes as a “social hangout” while Brookhaven RP, LiveTopia RP, and Life Together RP which are the most popular Roblox experiences all have a “social hangout”, a nightclub with bars with drinks/beverages much like a real bar, when in real life minors would not be allowed inside of bars because of them serving alcohol. So, I am being accused of a wrong age rating while you allow top roleplaying games to have bars, night clubs, and social hangouts there and they don’t get the same treatment I received earlier this morning by a moderator working for Roblox. Logically, either those games must be age 13+ age rated too, or my Club Angel Girl Brianna should be put back to minimal age rating since it has content similar to those roleplaying games. That makes this fair and just for this age rating to be equally applied to all Roblox experiences, and not only to my experience.
I am concerned after all the money I spent on your Roblox platform (hundreds of dollars including gift card codes bought/purchased and earned), all the money Roblox has made from others buying my unique accessories and classic clothing I had to pay to upload, and all the money Roblox has generated off of my experiences; I am concerned that there are folks in or out of Roblox trying to shut down Angel Girl Brianna and get my brand (Angel Girl Brianna) banned off the platform for good out of jealousy, out of vindictiveness, out of revenge, out of criminal harassment, and out of hatred or dirty competition of taking out competitors.
Club Angel Girl Brianna is getting differential treatment to the competitors like Brookhaven RP, Live Topia RP, and Life Together RP. The club does not have a bar; I bought the map from BuiltByBit.com and customized it to become just a simple club with dancing emotes and music.
I know a few usernames of who I suspect are pulling these false sexual content complaints against me and any other false complaints. This is becoming a problem as I keep facing criminal harassment/stalking by false reports which violates federal criminal code. [REDACTED] – Nickname is Ava, formerly Kate.I am also aware of Ice Cube hacking on Roblox, I have video of this Roblox user taking me in a flying car in Brookhaven when Brookhaven at that time had no flying cars. People were calling him a hacker. Before this weird accusation against Club Angel Girl Brianna, Ice Cube came into the Cozy Cottage experience I was in, I said Hi to him and he refused to talk to me which is odd for my friend to be acting like this, then he leaves.
I also am aware that Marley tried to take copies of 3d model accessories from Dress To Impress to possibly have those accessories as his own even though he was clearly taking other people’s work and wanting to upload to Roblox as his own. Marley and Ice Cube went into my modeling show earlier in 2025, which was created after Brookhaven RP messed up their modeling stage in the mall they have there, which that modeling stage was used for past YouTube skits, then I received my first false sexual content complaint over a bikini leaf swimsuit which is called the Eve outfit (leaves to cover the private parts like in the biblical story of Adam and Eve, a bikini but is simply leaves), and then I had more false reports which I am a victim of last year in 2025. All were after Marley and Ice Cube were involved with me. Marley was involved with my modeling show experience and then parts of that experience had missing parts, missing floor, missing walls, and I was angry that the experience was hacked, and I had wondered if Marley was responsible since he had edit access to my experience at the time, and Ice Cube is a hacker. I know he used hacking tools on Roblox.
It is against the law for any customers/users on Roblox platform to be stalking my Roblox account and trying to shut down my Roblox account with any false reports or even false information.
I have been scared of being unfairly targeted repeatedly on the Roblox platform that I have had to pay for a SecondLife.com subscription and moving my accessories and my avatar from Roblox to SecondLife since SecondLife by Linden Labs does not give me the issues of false reporting and constant issues of facing a false rule violation accusation. I am having to diversify my brand Angel Girl Brianna because I fear everyday of being banned out of the blue wrongfully and then fighting the AI moderation to win some appeal in a rigged AI kangaroo court which favors the false accusations usually.
I am also trying to figure out how to move my Roblox experiences to another platform on the internet out of fear of being wrongfully banned. I keep living in fear of this outcome. I shouldn’t be living in fear because I am not doing anything wrong. I now fear creating any new Roblox experience. Makes me not want to create anymore on Roblox. This negatively affects my creativity because of this problem.
I hope that if you’re going to stick with your moderator’s decision that Club Angel Girl Brianna (https://www.roblox.com/games/130725436736975/Club-Angel-Girl-Brianna) should be restricted to ages 13+ for being what the moderator claims is a “social hangout” then I ask that you retroactively apply these same 13+ age rating standards to Brookhaven RP (https://www.roblox.com/games/4924922222/Brookhaven-RP), Live Topia (https://www.roblox.com/games/6737970321/Livetopia-RP), and Life Together RP (https://www.roblox.com/games/13967668166/LifeTogether-RP).
I ask of you to apply these “social hangout” age restriction maturity standards to all Roblox games and not only to my experience. This makes me feel that I am being singled out by Roblox for whatever the reason is. I am sick and tired of being targeted and sick of being afraid of being wrongfully banned like all the horror stories I read constantly on Reddit on the RobloxBans community. I am sure you have read those horror stories on there of innocent Roblox users being wrongly banned and wrongly terminated by enforcement bans. Tens of thousands of U.S. dollars wasted/lost by your enforcement bans of different Roblox devs and users. Destroying good Roblox games and experiences by some unjust ban.
I kindly and respectfully ask that you allow Club Angel Girl Brianna to have the same age rating as Brookhaven RP, Live Topia RP, and Life Together RP, or all of those experiences need to be given non-compliance complaints by your moderation team. Your moderators know of those top three experiences. You know they all have night clubs, social hangouts, and bars with drinks there for roleplaying bartenders. The age rating should be changed on those experiences too just to be fair, or they need to reverse their stance on Club Angel Girl Brianna.

The Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that no business (public or private) serving the public can discriminate based on a customer’s national origin, sex, religion, color or race. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act maintains no business is allowed to turn away a customer based on the person being a member of the following protected status:

- National origin or citizenship status
- Religious beliefs
- Sex
- Age
- Veteran status
- Disability or pregnancy
- Sexual orientation
- Gender identity
I hope that whoever is filing these false reports against me on Roblox will be punished for lying to your business in order to take me down possibly for good. I hope that this issue is resolved forevermore. I hope that my Roblox account can be protected from false reports. I hope that there is a serious review and investigation on every false report ever filed against my Roblox account to ensure that I am not given a kangaroo court Artificial Intelligence (AI) ban over illogical false accusations.
I know you will do the right thing. I pray to God that you will do the right thing.
I deserve to feel safe on Roblox. I do not feel safe with these false accusations against me, my Roblox account, and my brand of Angel Girl Brianna.
My brand is a religious symbol; it is sacred and is safeguarded by federal and/or state anti-discrimination laws of the United States of America and of any state with similar laws. You can claim you’re a private business as much as you want, but you cannot legally discriminate against Angel Girl Brianna as a religious symbol. I respectfully ask that you remedy these issues of the false reporting of my Roblox account, my Roblox experiences, my Roblox classic clothing, and my Roblox accessories.
Please do the right thing. This email documents these facts and the evidence is published to the general public on the internet. I have proven my claims, I have proven my case. Please do what is right regarding the very issues I have raised above in this email.
