We are cancelling any further payments with Hailuo AI for ridiculous censorship and not allowing refunds. Angel Girl Brianna asked for it to generate a simple non-sexual video on a simple prompt: “Celebrating Christmas, smiling, waving at viewer, saying “Merry Christmas from Angel Girl Brianna”“. It responded with saying it violates their Terms of Service and needs to revise the prompt. How exactly does this violate their TOS??? This prompt is not even illegal. It was about our brand and we are paying them to generate AI videos, they refuse to generate videos about Angel Girl Brianna, our brand. They have very terrible censorship and they censor non-sexual videos, they censor as much as anything to do with our brand. They are a Chinese business which means they follow the Communist Regime of China. We will no longer be doing business with their AI generator. We paid for past videos it generated and will use those since we paid for them, however we will no longer pay them any further, cancel subscription with them, and deleted the debit card with them so they can’t sneak a debit charge.

Also they are refusing to generate any bikini videos, even though bikinis are at every beach, public pool, and swimming pool. Even people under age 18 wear bikini swimsuits. Bikinis inherently are not sexual. They keep censoring my videos, and this time they won’t allow a “Merry Christmas from Angel Girl Brianna” video. We have wasted our money with this pro-censorship AI generator.

This is the exact reason we are cancelling their service and will refuse to pay them any further. They are refusing to generate a Christmas video about “Angel Girl Brianna”. That was the last straw, we have had enough with Hailuo AI. This isn’t right, they are stealing our money with this bullshit.

As far as we are concerned, we are writing a negative review on this Chinese AI company Hailuo AI (Hailuo AI: AI Video Generator from Text & Image). We will boycott them, and after using up remaining credits, we will refuse to subscribe to their service until they treat their customers the right way.

Hailuo AI has engaged in discrimination against Angel Girl Brianna which in the context of a religious symbol, they have engaged in discrimination and refusing service after taking money. They have violated United States law on discrimination against customers over religion, sex/gender, and/or political or religious beliefs. Discrimination is illegal under United States civil code.

Our brand doesn’t violate any law. Our brand is protected under the anti-discrimination laws. No private business should engage in discrimination against a religious symbol such as an angel character.
