Not to blindly store all our online image or video content on one social media platform or content publishing platform without even a backup plan on making sure to have an exact copy of everything ever uploaded on any platform. I have learned that I cannot store all my eggs in one basket. That is why I am glad I started the private image sharing platform of Angel Girl Brianna Images. At least with a web host I can make entire backups of my web hosting account at any time and save daily or weekly backups. I learned to never store all my eggs in one website basket. A platform can just delete all your content at any time without warning, and without even giving you the ability to save your hard work or recover any of it. They can just delete everything and ban you for life without even giving you the right to appeal which is tyrannical and training people to accept a digital police state. DeviantArt did this and is engaging in police state training when they don’t even give you the right to appeal.
What DeviantArt did was disgraceful, deleting all my hard work without even a right to appeal. Even that is a deceptive trade practice (deceptive business practice) which even violates the European Union’s right to a human review type of appeal since they deceive people into thinking that when your DeviantArt account receives a wrongful moderation action, your told on DeviantArt that you can appeal their moderation decision. We never received any right to appeal before they deleted every image and every post on our DeviantArt account for Angel Girl Brianna. The fact they admitted to deleting all our content because they claimed I broke their rules proves that their whole moderation appeal system is a deception. It is a deceptive business hell bent on destroying anybody’s content they don’t personally like. They are not an ethical business here when they lie and say you can request all your account DATA, then they tell you they deleted everything without even a right to appeal. They destroy lawful anime nudist content when every art museum which is government funded or given government grants all have nudity in it. Public art museums are usually visited by tourists and locals including entire families including kids and teens. Naked statues, naked women and naked men, and in some cases may have younger looking people naked in artworks in these art museums. DeviantArt targeted adult anime nudists without a care in the world which goes against the art standards of, well some artworks do have nudity because simply being naked alone is not evidence of obscenity. Even Virginia’s Supreme Court system said that simply being naked is not obscene but that the intent of the nudity as a whole is supposed to have a prurient interest in sex. I thought this was interesting about the difference between non-sexual artwork with nudity and sexual artwork (porn). Non-sexual artwork is completely legal and is in art museums all over America. So why did DeviantArt go to war with nudists when nudity has been part of the artwork industry for centuries??? Many artists and painters have had artworks and some of them do indeed have nudity.

Assuming without deciding that Romick’s display of his private parts was intentional, such display was not obscene.
The word “obscene” . . . shall mean that which, considered as a whole, has as its dominant theme or purpose an appeal to the prurient interest in sex, that is, a shameful or morbid interest in nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, excretory functions or products thereof or sadomasochistic abuse, and which goes substantially beyond customary limits of candor in description or representation of such matters and which, taken as a whole, does not have serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value.
The mere exposure of a naked body is not obscene. See Price v. Commonwealth, 214 Va. 490, 493, 201 S.E.2d 798, 800 (1974) (finding that “[a] portrayal of nudity is not, as a matter of law, a sufficient basis for finding that [it] is obscene“).
We did not have underage characters in our nudist images which later on they did retract that accusation. In addition to that, we were about promoting wholesome non-sexual public nudity with a nudist license id card system. Same with Nika Nudist and other nudists using DeviantArt platform. We were targeted by DeviantArt because they didn’t like us and resorted to giving us no right to appeal their moderation decision. They clearly are not for all legal artworks here. They don’t like nudists like Nika Nudist; and Angel Giel Brianna who is a nudist and a textile.
People need to stop hating on nudists. They really do. We are not perverts and we are not creeps. We just want to live and explore life without clothes. We want to swim without a swimsuit. We want to tan without the tan lines. We want to soak up Vitamin D on our skin by having the sun all over our bodies. Nudism itself is not a crime and is not illegal. DeviantArt didn’t care about the standards of artists and artworks. Wix is a corrupt business and ruined the DeviantArt platform in our opinion. Wix should be ashamed of themselves for what they did.
Nudism is free, nudism is living a life without clothes. It is the most brave lifestyle you can live. You cannot get more brave than openly baring it all without a care in the world. Nudists are a different way to live life. A different perspective.
Also, nudists smiling isn’t sexual either because everyone smiles. People in bikinis smile, people wearing clothes smile, and even nudists smile. What???
