Angel Girl Brianna has the evidence that DeviantArt had deleted all Angel Girl Brianna images, posts, tags, followers, and even favorites without warning, and without even a right to appeal. We threatened a defamation/slander/libel lawsuit against DeviantArt when they originally accused our brand of producing an underage sexual content (Grok AI research tool reported that DeviantArt accuses many artists of that same accusation without any proof). We submitted an affidavit to them. We later submitted evidence that all anime nudist content of Angel Girl Brianna (because she is a nudist and a textile) and Foxy (nudist) are all adult-age (not underage) images because it was all generated from AnimeGenius which has a policy against generating underage content as they will suspend an account there. We had shown the DeviantArt staff where one and a few images which were on the DeviantArt page of Angel Girl Brianna has prompt words history and the prompt words all say: “ADULT” girl in the prompt text. We offered to show them every image generated by AnimeGenius had “adult” girl prompt terms, but they refused to even ask for this proof. This proved that AnimeGenius images produced which were added to DeviantArt were of an adult-age angel girl and nothing to do with any underage content at all. We have proven we have none of what we were accused of. Also, other nudist images were from SecondLife by Linden Labs which is also an adult-age virtual world platform. All nudist images were taken in adult-rated nudist beaches and nudist friendly experiences which forbid child characters. So, we had done everything to prove to DeviantArt that their accusation was false and threatened to sue them for defamation. They can care less. They are absolute sociopaths, they don’t care.
DeviantArt refused to accept our appeal and refused to even start up any appeal. So now the AI moderation or a false reporter like Marley or anybody just falsely accuses us of underage sexual content and gives us no right to any appeal regardless of whatever evidence we had emailed them. We had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against DeviantArt. We will see what the BBB does.
We sent a formal request for account DATA for Angel Girl Brianna on DeviantArt. They did sent an email but said they deleted all our content for breaking their rules. So, they refused to give us an appeal, refused to investigate whether the accusation was even true or not (founded or not), and then they delete all our content without warning and without even a right to appeal.
They deleted everything, we confirmed it.
Again, without even an appeal they deleted all content of Angel Girl Brianna regardless of whether they violated the rules or not. It’s clear not every single image violated their rules even if they could construe as many images as they can to claim they violate their rules at their discretion, on their whim. They just made the determination that every single image violated DeviantArt rules. That is a complete utter lie. This is a bad business practice, and nobody should do business with a business like this. Stay away from DeviantArt.
We been spending multiple days sifting through Yandex search engine’s cached pages of the AngelGirlBrianna DeviantArt account. We managed to find about 98%-99% of all deleted DeviantArt posts and have reconstructed and recovered the content including tags and put them on our own private image/art sharing platform such as Angel Girl Brianna Images. We also have proof that DeviantArt did not delete the images of Angel Girl Brianna’s account on DeviantArt as they were found on Wix web links thanks to the Yandex search engine and their cache system. We confirmed that DeviantArt’s staffer Nick lied to us. The customer Support Specialist had lied to us about deleting everything. DeviantArt was bought by Wix in 2017. See their press release. We have proven they lied, and the image also proves that DeviantArt had decided every image violated their rules regardless of the content on the DeviantArt account of Angel Girl Brianna. We have enough evidence to burn the reputation of DeviantArt over their corrupt business practices we have documented. DeviantArt are liars and will lie about why they take an entire account down, censor and delete all content and hard work from an account without even a right to appeal. There may as well not even be an appeal. DeviantArt should stop the facade of a fake appeal system and just admit they will take your account down forever if they simply do not like you. That is the truth. They cannot deny it with the evidence we got on them.
Here is one of the images emailed to DeviantArt but we censored part of the image to keep things family friendly here even though nudism is not obscene, but it proved that our generated AI images was of an adult girl and not a underage character as DeviantArt originally had claimed. They did react that claim by the way, but we want to show what proof we emailed them which they deliberately ignored.
This nudist image says “adult” and nothing about kids at all. Angel Girl Brianna is an adult angel girl, a nudist and a textile. She had a license to practice nudity and could legally practice it in the fictional context. This proves DeviantArt lied and ignored evidence which had proven Angel Girl Brianna was NOT underage sexual content at all. Courts in the United States of America had ruled that simply being naked is not evidence as to being obscene. Nudism is not sexual content. There is no sex involved in any of the Angel Girl Brianna nudist content. That platform had jumped the gun without any evidence to back it.
The evidence has it. DeviantArt wrongly deleted all posts of Angel Girl Brianna and even lied about deleting all images while storing them on Wix.com servers. Here is the redacted email sent to DeviantArt.
I had proven they were given evidence. I had proven they knew my content was not “underage sexual content”. So what does DeviantArt do now that I had proven they lied multiple times as to why they not only suspended the Angel Girl Brianna account, but also claimed they deleted everything while storing our images on Wix servers. This is outright bad business practices from DeviantArt. They cannot refute this; we have the evidence. This is business fraud from their end. They are lying about their business practices. This is FRAUD. We have evidence of this.
Now they re-suspended the account after the 72-hour period to download the account DATA without the posts, images, tags, followers, following, and favorites because they claimed it all got deleted. They changed the reason for suspending the account. They retracted the false claim of underage sexual content and replaced it with violating the rule on “unacceptable content” which is a vague rule which can include anything DeviantArt decrees as unacceptable content. What a bunch of jerkoffs they are. People seriously need to class action sue them or boycott their platform and create a competing platform against them. Like we did with Angel Girl Brianna Images. We need to not give any money to a business like this.
You see that. They removed the “underage sexual content” claim because they knew it was bogus all along. So now they changed their rule violation claim to “unacceptable content” which can include anything they deem as just that.
They are a thuggish business platform. I do not recommend using them whether you have clean cut nudist content or not.
They accused Nika Nudist of underage sexual content too but the evidence to prove Nika’s innocence is for another article if we wish to even take the time to write one on that.
DeviantArt is a bad platform. Do not use them. They are trash. Their customer support is trash.
