The Issue

I never thought I’d find myself without my cherished DeviantArt account, but here I am, appealing for your help. DeviantArt, the platform that has been a significant part of my artistic journey, has abruptly and unjustly suspended my account, @AngelGirlBrianna, based on a false accusation. Despite submitting clear and convincing evidence proving my innocence, my appeal was overlooked, and I was denied the opportunity to reclaim my digital artistry world.

My work, which I poured hours of passion and creativity into, is now inaccessible. Losing access to my account has not only deprived me of an artistic outlet but has also stripped me of the community I’ve grown to cherish. My attempts to communicate and reason with DeviantArt have been met with silence. This unjust act stifles creativity and restricts the freedoms of artists on their platform.

The Sherman Antitrust Act aims to protect free trade and competition against unlawful restraints. Here, the refusal to accurately process my appeal and the continued denial of my access is a restraint on my artistic freedom and competitive edge within the art community.

I am not alone in this struggle, as many artists face similar situations where their content is locked away without a fair process to reclaim their hard work and memories.
